It's Christmas time and that means one thing in FMX... another Freestyle competition in New Zealand! And this years Christmas present was not just one competition but the FMX Battles have turned into a two round series with a competition on December 29 and January 3rd.

The 6th round we had high hopes for, we just finished our massive trail ride in Malang and then drove 12 hours through the night on the crappy roa

After a really really long day in the hot and humid conditions, I was physically and mentally exhausted leading up to my final run and things just

With scorching temperatures and high humidity, the first Indonesian International FMX competition supported by Surya12 Motoriders has crowned the first winner in the South East Asian island archipelago with Mitch McHardy taking the honours ahead of Australian Joe Sheppard and American rider Greg Schaaf.

Last weekend in Bali for the Indonesian International FMX Competition I was hoping to do well, and after qualifying in first position I thought I'

I headed back to Indonesia for my second set of shows and to round out the last 3 weeks of Powercross. This first week back was in Malang, coincidently the first town I did shows last year in Indonesia for the Powercross series 09. Here is a video diary of the week in a nutshell.

Well it seems nothing can go right for the Indonesian's this past month. If it's not one natural disaster, it's another. With earthquakes triggering Tsunami's on the Western side of Indonesian in the Island of Sumatra, to the massive Volcano rattling the city of Yogyakarta (Jogja). It seems like the poor Indonesian people can't catch a break.

I thought I'd try something a little different. I've put together a montage of the first 2 weeks of our trip in a Video Diary so you can see what Indonesia is really like... it gives a better indication than words and pictures. The first two weeks were in Tegal and Solo City on central Java island.

I finally landed back in Indonesia on Wednesday for the 2nd stage of the 7 week shows here. I'll be riding in rounds 5 to 7, so we have 3 weeks left. The flights were painful but after many delays and sitting around in Bali airport, I made it to Malang where the rest of the team were.
